「頭と内臓は取った方がよくね？」
と思い、煮終わってから急遽取ってから瓶詰めしました。

塩水が濁り、下茹での時に取れたらしい
「イワシの目玉」が浮遊していました！！(｡╹ω╹｡)
そして蓋をきっちり占めて食べごろ日付をサイン。
調味料のストック棚の奥に放置。
というのが３か月前の出来事。
やっぱり濁っている塩水…
あ、しまった。ゲーム画面が映っている（棒）
見た目は汚いですが、味はアンチョビでした
生のイワシから仕込む場合、ここからオイルに漬けたり出来るのですが、
今回の煮干しアンチョビは柔らかいので避けました。
