最近、ミュージカルっていいなと思いました。
学生の頃は、ミュージカルが苦手で、舞台や映画を見ても、
「なんでいちいち歌いだすんだろ・・・・。
もっと普通に過ごせないのかしら？」
と、冷めた気持ちで観ていました。
しかし、友人のお誘いで劇団四季や宝塚を見たり、
子どもと一緒にディズニー映画を見ているうちに、
「歌で感情を表現するって気持ちいいんだっ！」
と気づきました。
正直歌を含め、音楽全般が苦手な私。
音楽が流れ出すと踊ってしまう知人を見ては
冷めた目線を向ける冷めた性格の私・・・（笑
カラオケはほとんど行った事がありません。
２歳の子供が「アナ雪」が好きで、
机の上に飛び乗り、マイクもどきのリモコンを片手に
大合唱をはじめる。
「ママも！」としつこく促され、
仕方なく歌を歌うんです。
でも、意外とこれが気持ちよくて。
最近はミュージカル映画のごとく、
掃除をしながら歌を歌ったりして気分を上げてます。
カラオケで歌ったりもいいんでしょうけど、
日常生活の中で、日常の動作の中で、
それを歌で表現するって
私にとっては新しい感覚でした。
寒くなってくると、体が縮こまり、動くのも億劫になってくるけど、
歌を歌って気持ちを切り替える。元気を出す。
素敵な事だな、と思いました。
